Job Description

Locally owned and operated boutique property management company seeking a full-time/year-round Property Inspector. Breckenridge based operation with a service area from Breckenridge to Fairplay.
Position:
Property Inspector;
Full-time/Year-round Responsibilities:
This position works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the properties are up to the standards of the company, owners, and guests. This is a hands-on role that will primarily require being in the properties and driving between the properties to identify and execute tasks. Light maintenance and physical tasks will be common. Property inspections (arrivals/departures/security) are a primary task. Other duties include task management, inventory management, storage organization and transaction tracking. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and have a strong attention to detail. While roles are defined, the team is small and all team members are expected to help with various tasks that may be outside their routine and stated responsibilities.
Skills Needed:
Positive attitude, knowledge of how homes/condos operate and function, task management, task execution, time management, self-management, problem solving, solutions-oriented attitude, minor maintenance aptitude, communication, winter driving experience, ability to work independently and as part of a team, grit, grace, attention to detail, ability to be a brand advocate, ability to communicate to guests and owners in person, organizational skills
Compensation:
$24-$26/hour, paid on the 15th
Benefits:
401k retirement plan with 6% company match (eligibility after 90 days, fully vested after two years). Paid vacation (accrual begins after 90 days). Mileage reimbursement.

September 1st, 2026
Typical Schedule:
9:30am-6pm
Requirements:
Minimum one year of short-term rental property management or housekeeping experience , valid Colorado driver's license, willingness and ability to pass a criminal background check and driving record check, professional references, own reliable vehicle adequate for winter conditions and cell phone.
Please note:
This is not a remote position — candidates must reside locally. Proficiency in English is required to perform job duties, including communicating with guests and teammates and completing daily reports.
