Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized female House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a household. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and housekeeping management skills, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. This role requires a strong foundation in your recovery and 1 year of sobriety preferred. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of household management, including cleaning, laundry, and organization of living spaces. Coordinate and supervise residential cleaning services to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained. Manage schedules for household activities, including appointments, events, and maintenance tasks. Provide drug testing to clients Open to obtaining QMAP certification Maintain effective communication with owners regarding household needs and preferences. Implement organizational systems to optimize space and enhance functionality within the home. Address any issues or concerns promptly while maintaining a positive atmosphere in the household. Requirements Peer Support Specialist preferred Strong housekeeping management skills with attention to detail in cleaning and organizing tasks. Excellent administrative skills with proficiency in managing schedules and budgets. Outstanding time management abilities to prioritize tasks. Strong ability to support and coach peers in recovery. Organizational skills that enable efficient handling of multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
