Lead a team and help make every vacation home guest-ready! We're looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on leader to join our Luxury Home Cleaning Team in Davenport, Florida. As a Housekeeping Supervisor , you'll help lead daily operations for our cleaning crews and ensure luxury vacation homes are cleaned, inspected, and ready for arriving guests. Responsibilities Help create a positive team environment focused on quality, teamwork, and respect. Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations for luxury vacation homes. Assign homes and cleaning duties based on daily needs and schedules. Manage schedules and coverage to ensure homes are completed on time. Inspect completed homes for cleanliness, presentation, and guest-ready standards. Inspect grills, pool areas, patios, and patio furniture as part of the overall home inspection process. Provide direction and feedback when additional cleaning or corrections are needed. Interview, onboard, train, and coach team members. Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed. Ensure homes are properly stocked with linens, towels, amenities, and supplies. Monitor equipment, carts, and supplies and report maintenance or supply needs. Communicate maintenance concerns, damages, and other issues. Coordinate the team to complete homes accurately and on time. Follow HHS procedures and quality standards. Provide friendly and professional service. Assist the team and management as needed. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver's license. Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and adhere to uniform standards

Preferred:

Housekeeping, vacation rental turnover, or environmental services experience (cleaning, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations) Physical Requirements Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift Pushing and pulling carts or equipment on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift Must handle cleaning chemicals including bleach, disinfectants, and sanitizers safely Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job Benefits We offer excellent training, competitive wages, work-life balance, job satisfaction, and promotion opportunities.
