We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Project Tech to join our Luxury Home Cleaning Team in Davenport, Florida. In this role, you'll complete a variety of deep-cleaning and special projects throughout spacious vacation homes with multiple bedrooms and a variety of amenities. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and are comfortable operating cleaning equipment, this is a great opportunity to help keep the vacation homes looking their best between guest stays. Responsibilities Complete deep-cleaning and special projects throughout luxury vacation homes. Deep clean carpet and tile using appropriate cleaning equipment and procedures. Spot clean carpets, floors, walls, furniture, and other areas as needed. Pressure wash homes and exterior areas as needed. Clean grills and outdoor cooking areas. Clean and maintain pool and patio furniture. Clean patios, balconies, pool areas, and other outdoor spaces. Operate specialized cleaning equipment such as grout machines, T1 cleaners, carpet extractors, pressure washers, and other equipment. Clean glass, windows, and other surfaces throughout vacation homes. Vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean assigned areas as needed. Move furniture and other items as needed to complete deep-cleaning projects. Collect and remove trash from assigned homes and areas. Stock closets with necessary linens, cleaning supplies, and other materials. Help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of vacation homes. Complete special cleaning projects and other duties as assigned. Follow HHS cleaning procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure homes are guest-ready. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver's license. Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and adhere to uniform standards

Preferred:
