Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to achieve exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards. Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail. Provide training and support to room attendants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with the management team to address and resolve guest concerns promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage. Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet the dynamic needs of our hospitality environment, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience in leading and motivating a team, ideally within a hospitality setting. Ability to conduct thorough inspections with a keen eye for detail and quality. Proven track record of managing housekeeping operations efficiently and effectively. Strong communication skills to train and support team members, fostering a culture of growth.
