Join Canada House Resort as a Housekeeping Supervisor and play a key role in maintaining the high standards that make every stay memorable. In this dynamic role, you'll oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are spotless, safe, and guest-ready at all times. You'll lead by example—coaching and supporting your team, conducting detailed inspections, and stepping in when needed to keep operations running smoothly. Your leadership and attention to detail will directly impact guest satisfaction and overall resort success.
Pay:
$18.50/hr What You'll Do Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure top-tier cleanliness and service standardsConduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, ensuring prompt resolution of any issuesProvide hands-on support with room cleans, deep cleaning projects, and special assignmentsManage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficient operationsTrain and coach team members on cleaning techniques, safety standards, and company expectationsDevelop and execute deep-cleaning schedules to maintain long-term qualityPartner with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operationsRespond quickly and professionally to guest concerns, ensuring satisfaction and follow-throughSupport leadership with reporting, administrative tasks, and special projectsAct as a key point of contact during emergencies and operational needs What We're Looking For 1-3 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality (resort or timeshare experience preferred)Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and guide a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordKnowledge of safety standards, MSDS, and proper chemical handlingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Vacatia?
