Key Responsibilities Room Inspections:

Audit guest rooms, suites, and common areas against brand or property standards.

System Updates:

Update the property management system to mark rooms as clean, inspected, and ready for check-in.

Maintenance Reporting:

Identify broken items, write work orders, and report repair needs to the engineering or maintenance team .

Staff Support & Training:

Help train new room attendants, monitor team performance, and assign daily cleaning tasks.

Inventory Control:

Restock linen closets, track supplies, and manage lost-and-found items.

Hands-on Cleaning:

Perform routine cleaning duties or step in as a room attendant when staffing is low.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Usually, 1 to 2 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning operations.
