Housekeeping Supervisor Water's Edge Assisted Living Facility in Lake Wales is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning and maintenance team within our senior community. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all resident areas, common spaces, and staff facilities Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote high performance and adherence to safety and hygiene standards Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to meet regulatory requirements and company policies Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained and address any deficiencies promptly Collaborate with management to improve operational procedures and resident satisfaction Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and facility policies

Skills and Qualifications:
