Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in delivering exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards across our hospitality or commercial facilities. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery Lead team supervision efforts by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing coaching, and conducting regular training sessions on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Oversee cleaning operations across various areas including guest rooms, public spaces, restrooms, laundry facilities, and industrial cleaning zones Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests or clients Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance schedules, and procurement processes to support seamless operations Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness standards are met consistently and address any deficiencies promptly Foster excellent customer service by addressing guest or client concerns related to cleanliness or sanitation swiftly and professionally Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work with a strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial and commercial cleaning environments Demonstrated supervisory experience managing housekeeping teams or janitorial staff in hospitality or facility management settings Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and communicate effectively at all levels of management Experience with laundry operations and hospitality-related housekeeping functions is preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor where your leadership will elevate cleanliness standards while creating a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
