We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our hotel consistently delivers clean, comfortable, and welcoming accommodations. Oversee daily housekeeping operations while ensuring compliance with Shaner Hotels and brand standards. Create and adjust staff schedules based on occupancy and business needs. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the hotel. Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure exceptional service. Monitor employee performance and foster a positive, productive work environment. Manage departmental budgets, reports, and required training. Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson duties as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1-3 years of housekeeping management experience in hospitality. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and equipment. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as needed.
