Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on assigned hotel floors. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate daily room assignments Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards Must Be Able to Handle a Team Professionally Ensure timely cleaning and maintenance of rooms Handle guest requests and complaints professionally Train and guide housekeeping team members Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a hotel Good command of the English language Strong leadership and organizational skills Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping supervision Basic knowledge of hotel management systems

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
