Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties.

Compensation:

$16 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals Respond promptly to guest concerns or requests related to housekeeping services. Complete and maintain accurate inventory records for housekeeping supplies to meet operational needs.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in property management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook). Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. We welcome applicants at all levels.
