Computer Operator retail

Gold and Metals Depot is a family-owned retail business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to work full-time entering customer information into our computer system. This position involves typing accurately, organizing customer records, assisting with basic office tasks, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Some duties may include, but are not limited to, filling out forms for customers, pricing items, researching products, writing and organizing information, following company procedures and formulas, and learning how to operate our retail software program. Applicants must have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must also be dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. A background check and drug test are required for employment. This is currently a temporary position, but there is opportunity for growth and potential long-term employment for someone who shows strong work ethic, reliability, and interest in building a career with our company. No advanced experience is required — we are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
