Key Qualifications:
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing Clinical background in therapy services, preferably in an outpatient hospital setting Strong knowledge of state practice acts and relevant regulations Experience in evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and progressing patients safely toward discharge Ability to maintain accurate medical records and adhere to documentation standards Dedication to ongoing professional development and active participation in performance improvement initiatives
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and formulate evidence-based treatment strategies Direct and delegate therapy services to support staff, ensuring effective patient outcomes Educate patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams on therapy goals and progress Champion a safety-first approach in all care and workplace activities Maintain compliance with organizational policies, state and federal guidelines, and professional codes of conduct
