Benefits package available Position Overview A private family in the West Palm Beach area is seeking an experienced and highly capable Executive Housekeeper to oversee the care, organization, and presentation of their residence. This is a hands-on position for an exceptional cleaner who takes pride in maintaining a luxury home to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, discreet, and service-minded, with the ability to anticipate the principals' needs and work independently. The family travels during the summer months, including time in New York City, the Hamptons, and Europe, and requires someone with the flexibility to accompany them as needed. Responsibilities Perform detailed, high-level housekeeping and maintain the residence to exceptional standards Oversee daily organization and presentation of bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and guest areas Care properly for fine furnishings, surfaces, artwork, and luxury finishes Manage laundry, ironing, steaming, linens, and wardrobe care Maintain household inventories and ensure supplies are properly stocked Assist with packing, unpacking, and preparation for family travel Travel with the principals and maintain consistent household standards across residences Assist with errands, shopping, deliveries, and household needs Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed Provide care and support for the family's dog, including walks and general pet needs Confidently use household technology, apps, calendars, and smart-home systems Drive the principals and assist with local transportation and errands as needed Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times Requirements Minimum 5+ years of high-end private household experience Exceptional hands-on housekeeping and cleaning skills Strong laundry, ironing, steaming, and garment-care experience Tech-savvy and comfortable learning household systems and technology Must be a confident driver with a valid driver's license Must be a dog lover and comfortable assisting with pet care Flexible and available for domestic and international travel Valid passport and ability to travel to Europe Hospitality-minded with excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs Polished, poised, professional, and highly discreet Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently or as part of a household team Excellent professional references Valid U.S. work authorization SSIN456
