- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Cleaning, and on-the-job training
- Creating Employee Schedules
- Supervise employees, providing guidance and support
- Monitor, coordinate, and maintain warehouse and customer inventory levels to meet demands
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to comply with OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve operational performance
- Provide training to new employees on techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
