Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks Ensure all cleaning procedures meet sanitation standards and safety regulations, maintaining a hygienic environment at all times Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to uphold cleanliness standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring efficient use and timely replenishment Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and leadership Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure an outstanding experience Requirements Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within a cleaning or janitorial setting Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively Exceptional communication skills suitable for managerial interactions and customer service excellence Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of laundry operations and industrial cleaning equipment is preferred Join us in creating pristine environments where guests feel welcomed and cared for!
