Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality standards. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise housekeeping staff, and ensure that all guest and facility areas meet the highest quality expectations. Your leadership will foster a positive work environment, promote efficient workflows, and uphold safety and hygiene protocols across all areas of the property. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong management skills, and extensive janitorial experience who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks Develop work schedules to ensure optimal coverage while maintaining budget efficiency Train team members on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met or exceeded Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all staff Lead efforts in implementing environmentally friendly cleaning practices and sustainable initiatives Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction Requirements 2 or more proven years of supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial services within a hospitality or hotel environment Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively Extensive janitorial experience including cleaning techniques, laundry operations, and commercial cleaning procedures Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and hotel housekeeping management best practices Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Join us as a Housekeeping Manager to create welcoming environments where guests feel comfortable and valued.
