We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Rooms Inspector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. Your leadership will help maintain our reputation for excellence by supervising cleaning staff, conducting thorough inspections, and ensuring compliance with sanitation regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong custodial experience, supervisory skills, and a passion for hospitality management. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to verify cleanliness, sanitation, and overall condition. Supervise cleaning staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Manage cleaning schedules and assign tasks efficiently to maintain operational flow. Ensure compliance with all sanitation protocols, safety procedures, and industry regulations related to industrial and commercial cleaning. Provide training and guidance to team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety practices, and customer service excellence. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed. Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience 1 year Room Inspector or similar experience. Proven supervisory experience in custodial services or hospitality housekeeping management. Extensive background in cleaning, sanitation, and janitorial operations within industrial or commercial settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Knowledge of safety regulations relevant to industrial cleaning and hospitality environments. Experience in managing laundry operations or housekeeper supervision is a plus. Excellent communication skills for managerial coordination and customer service interactions.
