Job Description Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an Environmental Services Training Manager to join their team at Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, GA . The Environmental Services Training Manager implements technical expertise to evaluate Aramark's operating program standards, measure performance and recommend solutions in order to enhance or improve operations. This position drives adherence to Aramark program standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for each healthcare facility through strategically aligning training with KPIs and business needs. The position will ensure all teammates are trained successfully, initially and continuously, and will conduct research within the healthcare industry to help Aramark remain competitive and innovative. Job Responsibilities- Develops and accountable for a safety culture that fosters a work environment where no one gets hurt
- Provides support and assistance to the Senior Director and Director of Innovation and Expertise to identify and report market trends, potential new technologies, innovative practices, database and systems that increase market differential
- Assists with the development of databases to manage, evaluate and forecast facilities talent and or programs
- Performs tasks in maintenance, custodial, and grounds services while using the Facilities Program Audit to learn the practices of upgrading, updating, and enhancing best practices in FM
- Reviews work orders and project specifications and estimates material and labor to complete the project
- Assists in coordinating the activities of employees in service areas to ensure the effective and efficient utilization of staff, materials, and equipment
- Supports the OpX Sr Manager, OpX Manager and or Front-Line Manager on setting up and maintaining the CMMS at multiple accounts
- Performs an asset inventory of a building, enters data into the CMMS, and creates PM's
- Tours and inspects the facility to ensure total quality management requirements in maintenance, custodial and grounds operations
- Ensures compliance with all local and government safety regulations
- Responds to the requests of the OpX Manager, other service managers, or the Facility Manager.
- Obtains technical skills and knowledge of equipment related to maintenance, custodial, energy and grounds/landscaping operations
- Uses CMMS while ensuring data is accurate, and that closed loop communications is taking place with all requestors
- Takes the lead in communicating with operation managers and clients
- Delivers a training program on some aspect of facilities management functions

- Requires at least 3-5 years of technical experience in the appropriate facilities related operations or similar, complex multi-location businesses
- Requires a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Ability to lead multiple projects and assignments in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills: verbal, written, presentation and the ability to connect with a wide range of people and behavior styles
- Skilled with handheld technology and Microsoft Office
- Proven analytical and decision-making skills
- Creative and flexible in demeanor and style to adapt to new situations in a constantly evolving, dynamic environment
