Job Overview We are seeking experienced and dependable Super Regional Drivers to join our team. This role involves operating commercial trucks over extensive routes, primarily focusing on over-the-road (OTR) deliveries across multiple regions. Duties Operate commercial trucks on over-the-road (OTR) routes, covering multiple regions as part of a super regional network. Conduct delivery driving duties efficiently and safely, ensuring timely arrival at designated destinations. Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards during daily operations. Drive manual transmission trucks, demonstrating skill and confidence in handling various vehicle types. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle maintenance reports. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse personnel to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly. Adhere to company policies regarding safety, hours of service, and transportation protocols. Qualifications Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for over-the-road driving. Proven experience in commercial truck driving, especially on OTR routes. Ability to operate manual transmission trucks proficiently. Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements for commercial drivers. Strong driving record with a focus on safety and responsibility. Excellent navigation skills and the ability to manage long-distance routes effectively. Physical ability to handle the demands of long-haul trucking, including loading/unloading tasks if required. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
