Responsibilities Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to deliver high-quality cleaning services across all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Be responsible for making housekeeping cleaning books are up to date for audit. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and standards aligned with industry best practices for cleanliness and safety. Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to support efficient housekeeping operations. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service expectations to foster a motivated and professional team environment. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep-clean initiatives as needed. Experience Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial services within the hospitality industry. Strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods and floor care procedures. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising janitorial or custodial teams in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service excellence to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Familiarity with cleaning equipment, safety protocols, and inventory management systems. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly preferred to understand industry-specific requirements.
