As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout properties, and consistently meeting established quality and timeliness standards.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and manage housekeeping staff , including hiring support, scheduling, training, coaching, discipline, and performance management. Assign, coordinate, and inspect daily work to ensure rooms and common areas meet cleanliness, quality, and company standards. Maintain operational records and schedules , including daily logs, weekly schedules, inventories, and project progress tracking. Provide clear communication and leadership to team members and guests through meetings, written communications, and daily direction. Support employee development by assisting with performance reviews, training initiatives, and maintaining high service standards. Oversee room readiness and quality control through regular inspections, touch-up cleaning, and monitoring of assigned units. Ensure compliance with safety, company policies, and operational procedures , while maintaining a professional work environment. Coordinate property upkeep and reporting , including reporting maintenance issues, handling lost and found items, protecting equipment, and completing other assigned duties. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Flexible schedule- must be available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays as needed.
Leadership and Team Development:
Ability to lead, train, coach, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff to achieve operational goals and service standards.Operational and Quality Management:
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, safety protocols, and quality inspections to maintain clean, organized, and compliant facilities.Communication and Administrative Skills:
