We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and develop our housekeeping team of approximately eight employees. This is an active department-leadership role for someone who takes pride in exceptional cleanliness, enjoys coaching employees, and knows how to keep daily operations organized, productive, and guest-focused. The ideal candidate is a visible and supportive leader who notices the details, communicates clearly, holds employees accountable, and follows through until issues are fully resolved. You will oversee scheduling, training, room inspections, employee performance, labor and supply controls, and guest cleanliness satisfaction while working closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance teams. If you enjoy developing people, improving standards, and creating clean and welcoming guest experiences, we would love to hear from you." Minimum three years of hotel or resort housekeeping experience, including supervisory or department-lead experience. Must demonstrate experience directing employees, conducting room inspections, preparing schedules, controlling labor and supplies, training employees, evaluating performance, addressing performance concerns, and maintaining accountability for departmental results.
