Room Inspector Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Benefits Available Join the team at the AC Hotel & Element by Marriott Downtown Boise, a modern dual-branded Marriott property in the heart of downtown Boise. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor / Room Inspector to help lead our housekeeping team and ensure every guest room exceeds Marriott's high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This position is ideal for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. What You'll Do Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure they meet Marriott brand standards and hotel quality expectations. Supervise and support the daily operations of the housekeeping department. Assign daily boards and monitor room progress throughout the shift. Coach, train, and mentor Room Attendants to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency. Perform room inspections and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure all guest rooms are fully stocked, clean, and ready for arriving guests. Assist with cleaning guest rooms when business demands require. Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up to ensure completion. Maintain housekeeping closets, linen rooms, and storage areas in a clean and organized manner. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs. Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly. Promote a positive, team-oriented culture while maintaining high performance expectations. Follow all Marriott, company, and safety standards. Qualifications Previous hotel housekeeping experience required. Previous supervisory, lead, or room inspection experience preferred. Marriott experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, flexible, and available to work weekends and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and remain active throughout the shift. Why Join Our Team?
