Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for our Janitorial Department to lead and oversee all custodial operations across our clients facility. Duties Lead, supervise, and motivate janitorial staff to deliver exceptional cleaning and sanitation services across client facility. Implement cleaning schedule, procedures, and quality standards aligned with safety regulations and sanitations best practices Monitor nightly operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections of work to uphold cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, performance management, and leadership development. Requirements Proven experience in custodial management or janitorial supervision within commercial or industrial setting. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, safety regulations, and proper use of cleaning equipment. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team supervision and staff development. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff, clients, and corporate officers. Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
