Carriage Cove Rehab & Care Center is looking for a dependable and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Housekeeping Department and help create a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring cleaning standards are consistently met and that our community complies with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Housekeeping Supervisor will work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the community while supporting a positive experience for our residents, families, and team members.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Housekeeping Department Ensure resident rooms, common areas, and other community spaces are clean, sanitary, and well maintained Maintain compliance with applicable health, safety, and sanitation regulations Train, guide, and support housekeeping team members Monitor cleaning schedules, supplies, and department needs Address housekeeping concerns promptly and professionally Work collaboratively with other departments and community leadership Help ensure Carriage Cove remains a safe, comfortable, and inviting place to live and work All new employees receive: A new smartphone + FREE data plan FREE employee drink & snack station in the breakroom If you're ready to bring your leadership skills to a team that believes in Finding Joy in the Journey, we'd love to hear from you!
