A loving and welcoming family is searching for an experienced, detail-oriented full-time housekeeper to help care for their beautiful newly built private residence. This is a long-term position for someone who is looking to grow with the family and feel like a valued member of the team. The home is approximately 10,000 square feet and includes 6 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and outdoor living spaces. Candidates should have prior experience working in similar private homes and be confident maintaining a large household with care, consistency, and strong attention to detail. The family has three children, ages 6 years, 4 years, and 6 months. There are no childcare duties required, but candidates should be comfortable around children and have a warm, friendly presence in the home. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Daily and deep cleaning of the home Maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common spaces Laundry and linen care, including washing, folding, ironing/steaming as needed, and changing bed linens Keeping household items organized and tidy Regularly checking and cleaning out pantry, refrigerator, and freezer items Helping maintain a list of household needs and supplies Properly caring for specialty stone surfaces in the home Maintaining outdoor living areas as needed Communicating proactively with the family about household needs, supplies, or maintenance concerns The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, trustworthy, and discreet. They should take pride in their work, feel comfortable working independently, and understand the importance of maintaining a newly built residence. Prior experience creating and maintaining household cleaning systems and routines is strongly preferred.

Requirements:

5+ years of professional housekeeping experience in similar private homes Experience creating and maintaining household cleaning systems and routines Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, products, and household organization Comfortable caring for specialty surfaces, including stone Kid-friendly and comfortable working in a home with children Excellent references from previous private home employers Legal right to work in the U.S. Up to date professional resume

Pay:

From $35.00 per hour
