In this role, you will oversee all aspects of vehicle detailing operations, ensuring that each car meets the highest standards of cleanliness, appearance, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold safety regulations, and foster a team environment focused on excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about automotive care, team supervision, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily detailing activities, including cleaning, polishing, vacuuming, and interior sanitation of vehicles. Manage a team of detailers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work. Develop and implement cleaning and sanitation procedures that adhere to safety regulations and industry standards. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and timely replenishment. Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for staff and customers alike. Collaborate with management to schedule staffing needs efficiently while optimizing workflow productivity. Maintain detailed records of completed services, quality inspections, and safety compliance documentation. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work, industrial cleaning, or janitorial services within an automotive or commercial environment. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management responsibilities. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safety regulations related to industrial or commercial cleaning. Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate staff and coordinate tasks effectively. Background in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus, especially with leadership roles involving cleanliness standards. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Custodial experience combined with leadership skills to oversee team supervision confidently.
