We want our guests expect exceptional service and a commitment to cleanliness that one would find at any five-star hotel. Successful candidates will possess a strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. Job Responsibilities Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping department and staff to include appropriate cleaning of all guest rooms and public spaces / common areas. Conduct inspections of rooms and provide feedback to room attendants and supervisors regarding cleanliness, safety, appearance, and quality. Notify appropriate departments of any issues; enter each issue into computer system, and follow-through to make sure all issues are resolved. Respond to all guest requests or complaints and follow-through immediately; ensure all employees, regardless of department, are at all times attentive, helpful and courteous and react immediately to guest's needs / requests in a professional and friendly manner. Ensure a safe working environment and that Hotel policies are followed. Assist in the recruitment of local and seasonal staff. Train and manage a team to ensure an extremely high level of cleaning quality.

Maximizing productivity of housekeeping team Eliminating wasteful use of supplies Ensuring complete guest satisfaction through excellent cleaning quality Conduct daily room inspections to ensure quality of work and identify maintenance needs. Thoroughly clean all aspects of each room/cabin and maintain 5-star standards for cleanliness. Regularly clean common areas through the main lodge Strip rooms of dirty linens and trash Stock rooms with clean linens, amenities and make beds in a professional manner Wash, dry and fold laundry- primarily linens Communicate with the front desk when rooms are ready for guests
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
To be successful in this role, candidates will: Have 2+ years managing a housekeeping team of 4+ employees Experience with scheduling Possess a strong attention to detail Value cleanliness Able to consistently lift 25+ pounds and make frequent trips up and down one level of stairs Possess strong communication, organization & time management skills; work well as a team leader; ability anticipate potential challenges and problem-solve. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking skills highly preferred. Conduct business and personal affairs with an unwavering commitment to integrity and respect
