- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
- Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring all staff adhere to established cleaning protocols and standards.
- Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures for various areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Train new staff on housekeeping techniques, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules around events or peak occupancy times.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Monitor performance metrics to assess team efficiency and effectiveness in maintaining cleanliness.
- Experience
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, custodial practices, and floor care techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
