Overview Monday-Friday / 5pm-11pm We are seeking a dynamic Full-Time Cleaning Supervisor with EMS to lead and manage cleaning operations across various facilities in Carmel, IN 46033. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee cleaning teams, ensure high standards of sanitation, and promote safety compliance while supporting our mission of environmentally responsible service delivery. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations Lead, motivate, and manage cleaning staff, providing training and guidance on cleaning procedures, sanitation protocols, and safety practices Oversee industrial and commercial cleaning tasks including janitorial services, sanitation management, laundry operations, and hospitality-related housekeeping Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper use of equipment and supplies Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management to address concerns, schedule adjustments, or operational improvements Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety incidents, and staff performance reports Enforce company policies on sanitation standards and safety regulations to uphold a secure working environment Experience Proven supervisory experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments Extensive custodial or janitorial experience with a focus on sanitation and safety standards Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work culture Knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods and sanitation management Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently and address client needs Experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus Familiarity with safety regulations related to cleaning operations and equipment handling Join us as a Cleaning Supervisor with EMS to lead our dedicated teams in creating cleaner, safer spaces while advancing your management career!
