Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet established cleanliness standards. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize efficiency and productivity. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within a hospitality or hotel environment. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing housekeeping teams or similar staff. Familiarity with hotel operations, hospitality standards, and guest service excellence. Ability to train staff effectively on cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in supervising multiple tasks simultaneously. Good communication skills to motivate team members and interact professionally with guests.
