Job Description

Responsibilities:
Establishes and enforces standards and procedures for Housekeeping and Laundry Personnel. Plans work schedules to ensure adequate service. Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of the hotel and submits to management recommendations for painting, repairs and furnishings. Periodically inventories supplies and equipment. Investigates alternative cleaning methods and equipment. Demonstrates a winning personality with refinement and character. Displaying an outgoing personality using confidence and style. Performs all assigned tasks with enthusiasm, professionalism and exceeds our customer's expectations. Allocates funds, authorizes expenditures, and assists in planning budgets for departments. Requisitions supplies and equipment. Inspects guests' rooms, public access areas for cleanliness and appearance. Accurately uses proper telephone techniques and etiquette. Provides guest with information including hotel, casino and restaurant, including hours of operations, special events and promotions. Answers patrons' complaints and resolves problems.
Competencies:
Ability to relate effectively in one-on-one situations with guests and other members of the Company. Be completely knowledgeable about all Bally's programs, promotions, activities and functions. Must carry out safety and emergency procedures including, but not limited to fire, crowd, control, inclement weather, and Homeland Security threats. Works with casino staff and reservations to assure maximum hotel occupancies by casino customers. Must communicate with guests and be able to direct/escort them to various facilities and functions within the property. Assist in training in Hotel Housekeeping and Laundry. Must interact with guests and other employees in a courteous, empathetic, and discreet manner. Supports and maintains Bally's courtesy guidelines for guests and employees Promotes outstanding guest relations. Performs other duties as assigned. Ability to relate effectively in one-on-one situations with guests and other members of the Company functions.

Reasonable accommodation maybe enabling individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Executive Housekeeper is required to work with cleaning chemicals. Work area is exposed to chemical fumes and smoke. The work environment is temperature controlled. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Target Salary Range:
