We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Hyannis Harbor Hotel, located on Hyannis Harbor! This is a year-round, hourly position with opportunities for pay increases after 90-days and then annually. A boutique hotel, located on Ocean Street is a fast-paced property with +200 during the summer and 68 rooms during the off-season. Responsibilities include preparing housekeeping boards, conducting pre-shift meetings, inspecting guest rooms, assisting with inventory (amenities, linen, and terry), maintaining lost and found, coaching and counseling, employee performance issues, following health & safety procedures, etc. We are looking for a candidate, to roll up their sleeves and assist the Housekeeping Team on a daily basis. Additional responsibilities as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Customer service/hotel experience/ supervisory experience

Shifts:

Daytime hours usually starting at 8am, weekends and holidays
