Job Description
Renaissance Patriot Place, a Colwen Hotels Property, is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for organizing associate shifts, training, and motivating the housekeeping team and inspecting guestrooms and public space in accordance with company and brand standards. To be successful in this role you should have a solid understanding of hotel housekeeping operations and possess strong leadership skills. General Responsibilities:
Tour and inspect rooms daily and monitor for property cleanliness, safety and security, product quality and exceptional service throughout. Provide support to the Executive Housekeeper and hotel leadership. Work to continuously improve guest satisfaction scores. Conduct self- audits to improve performance and cleanliness.
Requirements:
