We are seeking an Account Executive to develop new business opportunities while managing strategic customer relationships throughout New England across the industrial, environmental, utility, energy, manufacturing, transportation, and government sectors. Responsibilities:
As an Account Executive, your work will support business development, account management, and strategic growth across a diverse customer base.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and developing new commercial and industrial customers throughout New England Prospecting through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic account targeting Developing and executing territory growth plans to achieve sales and gross profit goals Maintaining an active sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Conducting regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities Coordinating with operations to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction Assisting with the preparation of quotations, proposals, pricing, and contracts Participating in project walkthroughs and coordinating with Project Managers and Customer Service Representatives Negotiating contracts and service agreements Representing the company at trade shows, safety conferences, environmental associations, utility conferences, municipal meetings, and networking events Promoting a wide range of environmental and industrial services, including industrial cleaning, hydro excavation, hazardous waste management, emergency spill response, wastewater services, marine environmental services, and industrial maintenance Delivering exceptional customer service while growing long-term client partnerships
Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional with strong relationship-building and business development capabilities.
Ideal candidates will have:
3+ years of successful B2B sales experience Environmental, construction, industrial services, waste management, utility, petroleum, or related industry experience strongly preferred Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and developing new business Experience managing customer relationships and strategic accounts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments Experience with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM preferred Valid driver's license Willingness to travel throughout the assigned New England territory
Preferred Qualifications:
Existing relationships within industrial, environmental, utility, manufacturing, or municipal markets Experience selling environmental or industrial service solutions Strong understanding of environmental compliance and industrial service operations Experience preparing proposals, pricing, and contract documents Demonstrated ability to build long-term customer partnerships Experience representing an organization at industry conferences and networking events

Pay Range:
$65,000 - $125,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commission, annual performance bonus, and company vehicle or vehicle allowance Now in our 4th decade, Resource Options, Inc.
