Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and manage our room attendant team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations across various facilities, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety are maintained. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, uphold sanitation protocols, and create a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, including cleaning, laundry, and janitorial tasks Ensure all cleaning procedures comply with sanitation standards, safety regulations, and company policies Conduct regular inspections of facilities to monitor cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and maintenance Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels for efficient operations and guest satisfaction, meeting budget targets Address guest or staff concerns promptly and professionally to uphold service excellence Skills Proven experience managing luxury or upscale hospitality sanitation teams. Strong staff supervision and team management skills with previous supervising or managerial experience Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with other departments Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial cleaning and janitorial services Ability to implement cleaning & sanitation management procedures that meet industry standards Leadership qualities that motivate teams to achieve high performance levels in hospitality settings, fostering a safe and positive work environment. Familiarity with laundry operations, hospitality standards, and janitorial best practices Strong organizational skills to manage inventories, schedules, and quality control processes
