Executive Housekeeping Manager Lead the Heart of Our Hotels At Bay View Collection , housekeeping is more than keeping rooms clean—it's creating the memorable experiences that keep guests coming back. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping and laundry operations across our three boutique Camden properties: Lord Camden Inn, Grand Harbor Inn, and 16 Bay View , totaling 71 guest rooms. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in setting high standards, building exceptional teams, and leading by example. You'll inspire and develop a talented housekeeping team while ensuring every guest room and public space reflects the quality and hospitality that define Bay View Collection. Working closely with the General Manager, Director of Operations, and Director of Food & Beverage, you'll oversee an Assistant Housekeeping Manager and three housekeeping supervisors to help shape an environment where both employees and guests thrive. Be Recognized. Be Rewarded. What You'll Do As Executive Housekeeping Manager, you will: Lead the daily housekeeping and laundry operations across three boutique hotels . Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing housekeeping team of 10 to 30 individuals depending on seasonal operation increases. Foster a positive, productive, and accountable team culture. Maintain exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards throughout guest rooms and public spaces. Conduct routine inspections and provide coaching to ensure consistency and excellence. Create staff schedules that support occupancy levels and business needs. Manage housekeeping inventory, purchasing, and supply levels while controlling costs. Oversee departmental budgets and minimize waste without compromising quality. Lead daily team meetings, assign work, and communicate priorities. Coordinate closely with Front Desk, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver a seamless guest experience. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Complete daily reports, administrative duties, and departmental documentation accurately and on time. Jump in alongside the team, leading by example to ensure every room is guest-ready. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Previous hotel housekeeping leadership experience (required) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities High attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and ordering A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop others The flexibility to adjust schedules when business demands require it While this position has a regular schedule, flexibility is expected as operational needs may occasionally require adjustments.
