Job Description

Maine Street Property Management is hiring a hands-on Seasonal Housekeeping Manager to lead our cleaning team and oversee turnovers for luxury vacation homes. This is a leadership role for someone who moves quickly, maintains high standards, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest-ready homes. Responsibilities Hire, train, and manage cleaning staff Oversee all property cleanings and turnovers Inspect homes to ensure quality standards Manage schedules, linens, and supplies Coordinate with maintenance and vendors Respond to urgent guest/property needs Qualifications Experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality Leadership or hiring experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accountability Must be available to work weekends Reliable transportation required Compensation & Details $32/hour 40 hours per week Seasonal position (no benefits) Apply Email Michael LaPlante, General Manager Michael@mainestreetpm.com
