- Support the Executive Housekeeper and manage housekeeping and laundry operations when they're away Coach & Train
- Interview, train, and support Housekeepers and Laundry Team Members Set the Standard

- Assign daily room boards, hallways, and extra tasks while tracking late checkouts and early departures Quality Champion
- Inspect due-out, vacant, and inspected rooms to ensure they exceed brand standards Fix It Fast
- When something's not right, guide team members to correct it immediately Jump In When Needed
- Assist with room cleaning, laundry, and public area upkeep during busy times Behind-the-Scenes Organizer
- Ensure storage rooms are stocked and organized; put away deliveries promptly Communication Hub
- Work closely with the Front Desk, Maintenance, and Management to keep operations running smoothly Lost & Found Legend
- Collect, log, and store items properly in software programs Schedule Support
- Help ensure all shifts are covered fairly, including weekends, holidays, and call-ins Team Morale Booster
