Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all departments to ensure efficient operations. Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness standards and deliver outstanding service. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity. Conduct regular inspections of member/guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and custodial spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards. Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to maintain cost-effective operations. Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to health regulations for staff and guests alike. Collaborate with other departments to address member/guest requests promptly and resolve any cleanliness or maintenance issues swiftly. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or hotel setting. Strong supervising experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams. Comprehensive management skills including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Extensive knowledge of housekeeping procedures, commercial cleaning techniques and hospitality standards. Excellent communication skills to effectively lead staff and interact with guests professionally. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and workplace safety practices.
