Duties Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient daily operations across all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards and health regulations Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Develop work schedules that optimize staffing levels while accommodating peak periods and special events Address guest requests or complaints promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude Enforce safety policies related to industrial cleaning and custodial procedures to maintain a secure working environment Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial services with a strong understanding of hospitality standards Expertise in cleaning techniques, including floor care, carpet cleaning, window washing, and industrial cleaning methods Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of custodial staff Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to commercial cleaning environments Strong organizational skills for managing supplies, schedules, and quality control processes Effective communication skills to collaborate with other departments and resolve issues efficiently Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality industry practices enhances service delivery Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through meticulous cleanliness and outstanding leadership.
