Position Summary:
The Janitorial Supervisor oversees daily cleaning operations, supervises janitorial staff, ensures quality standards are met, and maintains excellent customer satisfaction. This role provides leadership, training, scheduling, quality assurance, and support to ensure all services are completed safely and efficiently.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 12:30PM - 9:00PM, hours may vary (Overtime & weekend work when required)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise janitorial staff and daily operations for various locations in the Kalamazoo and surrounding areas. Conduct quality inspections and site audits. Train employees on cleaning procedures and safety. Manage schedules and staffing coverage. Address client concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor inventory of supplies, chemicals, and equipment. Complete reports and documentation. Enforce company policies and OSHA safety standards. Assist with cleaning duties when necessary. Coordinate special cleaning projects. Lead team meetings and coach employees.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass background check and Drug Screen Two or more years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning preferred. Prior experience in EVS cleaning Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work. Help us put a SMILE on the customer's face!
