As a key member of our hospitality team, you will oversee the quality of housekeeping services, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will help create a welcoming, hygienic environment that exceeds guest and client expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead teams, manage cleaning operations, and promote a culture of excellence in sanitation and cleanliness. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of all housekeeping areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness and sanitation standards. Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, providing training on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Monitor daily cleaning activities, including industrial cleaning, janitorial tasks, laundry services, and hospitality-related sanitation efforts. Enforce safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment to maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Coordinate with management to develop and implement cleaning & sanitation management plans tailored to specific facility needs. Identify areas for improvement in cleaning processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and quality. Maintain detailed records of inspections, staff performance, safety compliance, and sanitation standards. Skills Extensive experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality housekeeping management. Proven staff supervision and team management skills with previous supervising experience. Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead teams and liaise with management. Customer service orientation with the ability to address guest or client concerns professionally. Familiarity with sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management systems. Pay:
