Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations with energy and precision. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and specialized cleaning tasks Develop and implement cleaning schedules and sanitation protocols aligned with safety regulations and industry best practices Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff to achieve operational excellence through effective team supervision and management Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained consistently and address any deficiencies promptly Oversee custodial operations such as industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, and janitorial services to ensure optimal sanitation levels Enforce safety regulations related to cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and equipment use to maintain a safe working environment Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes for efficient operations Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest or client concerns related to cleanliness or sanitation swiftly and professionally Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping management within hospitality or commercial settings Extensive custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques including industrial and commercial cleaning methods Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, staff supervision, and managerial communication Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices Experience overseeing laundry operations and maintaining high standards of hygiene in hospitality environments Strong background in janitorial services with a focus on maintaining cleanliness in large-scale facilities Ability to lead teams effectively while ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols Excellent organizational skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to service delivery Join us as an Executive Housekeeper to lead a dedicated team committed to creating pristine environments that delight guests and clients alike.
