Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will oversee the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards will ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will lead cleaning teams, enforce safety and sanitation regulations, and uphold the integrity of our brand's cleanliness standards. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, laundry areas, and staff facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness and sanitation standards. Supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Monitor cleaning processes including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, and janitorial tasks to guarantee quality and efficiency. Enforce safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment handling, and sanitation practices to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment. Coordinate team schedules, assign tasks, and oversee daily operations to optimize workflow and productivity. Provide training on proper cleaning techniques, management of sanitation supplies, and customer service expectations. Document inspection results, report deficiencies or safety concerns promptly, and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning services with a strong background in custodial work or hospitality housekeeping. Supervising experience in a team management or leadership role within a cleaning or janitorial environment. Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage team performance effectively. Excellent communication skills essential for managerial coordination and customer service interactions. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment, laundry operations, and commercial cleaning procedures. Pay:
From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
