Best Western Premier Liberty Inn & Suites 421 N Route HWY 291 Liberty, MO, 64068 Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, and manage staff to create a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold quality, and promote a positive atmosphere within the housekeeping department. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities to maintain impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the hotel. Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning duties. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to uphold hygiene and safety protocols. Implement best practices for floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial procedures to optimize cleanliness and efficiency. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or janitorial services within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate diverse teams. Familiarity with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and custodial best practices. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and inventories. Ability to communicate effectively with staff members at all levels and interact professionally with guests.
