Assistant Executive Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor Start Your Journey with
Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with quality standards.
Train, coach, and hold housekeeping associates accountable to departmental expectations and performance standards.
Create daily room assignments and communicate special requests, VIP arrivals, and priority areas to team members.
Assist with scheduling and adjust staffing levels based on occupancy and business demands.
Support the laundry operation and monitor productivity and quality standards.
Maintain accurate room status communication with the Front Office team.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, stocking, and controlling housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment.
Conduct monthly inventory counts and maintain established par levels.
Ensure team members follow safety, security, lost and found, key control, and emergency procedures.
Identify and report maintenance concerns within guest rooms and hotel facilities.
Assist with implementing hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and sanitation guidelines.
Support accident prevention and workplace safety initiatives.
Provide excellent guest service by responding to guest questions, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Assist with housekeeping duties, including cleaning guest rooms or public spaces, when business demands require additional support.
Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by hotel leadership.
Knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards, housekeeping procedures, and guest service expectations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and support a diverse team.
