Experience Proven supervisory experience in cleaning services, custodial work, or hospitality environments within healthcare or long-term care settings. Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods suitable for large-scale facilities. Strong understanding of sanitation protocols, safety regulations, and infection control practices relevant to healthcare environments. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively through leadership skills in team supervision and management. Experience overseeing laundry operations with an emphasis on hygiene standards in healthcare or hospitality contexts.
